Bedale is situated in Hambleton District in North Yorkshire, 55 km north of Leeds. This place has about 4500 inhabitants. It was estanblished in the 18th century by Scollandus, who was a Brenton officer, long before the Industrial Revolution. Also, King Edward I of England selected this town as his residental choice.
